Sadaf brings together psychotherapy, medical knowledge, clinical research, teaching and experience across different professional environments. Her approach is collaborative, eclectic and grounded in the belief that every client’s circumstances are unique.
She works with youth, adults, couples and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, academic and career issues, and major life transitions.
She is also a college professor (George Brown; formerly University of Toronto and Humber), a published clinical researcher — including work on postpartum mental-health screening — and a certified ASIST instructor delivering suicide-first-aid and mental-health workshops to universities, school boards and organizations.
